In 1999 Howard Ice began pursuing a vision of building a world-class metal forming company dedicated to both its customers and employees. After completing a third acquisition in six years, it was time to combine the collective capabilities of these companies and leverage them across the entire organization to the benefit of our customers and associates. The November 2005 culmination of this strategy led to the establishment of Ice Industries’ corporate headquarters in Sylvania, Ohio. We have since added management of Ronfeldt Manufacturing and Ice Mexico at this location. 

This 10,000-square-foot building houses our Executive team, along with our Sales, Engineering, IT and Accounting groups. We are pleased with the additional collaboration, teamwork, systems and overall enthusiasm which have been the result of bringing our resources together at one location.
